48-Hour Rush Charge: $100.00

Homeowner, House Sitter, Renter Form:

You will be fined $100.00 every month until the form is returned to the office.

Collections:

If you are turned over to collections for non-payment, you will be charged an additional $200 for administrative and processing fees.
